Flow Controller
MODEL 2203 SERIES
The flow controller is a constant differential pressure control valve that is designed to accurately control a minute gas flow and keep it constant. Even if the load pressure on the secondary side (outlet side) varies at a constant supply pressure, the flow can accurately be controlled with the built-in precision needle valve of the control valve that keeps the mass flow.

Stable flow control characteristic
The non-rotational needle valve consisting of high-precision components is used to smoothly control a minute flow.
Not affected by load pressure loss
This valve is required on the first stage of flow control because the flow is not affected even if the pressure loss on the outlet side (secondary side) varies.
Excellent temperature characteristic (15 to 35C)
This valve can keep a constant flow for a temperature change because the needle valve orifice has a unique structure.

Cleanliness
All components are assembled after they are super-cleaned so that they can respond to analytic devices for which cleanliness is required.
