Precision Needle Valve
The precision needle valve is designed to accurately and easily control minute flows of gas and liquid. The rotary motion at the adjusting screw is changed to the straight motion at the needle part. Therefore, stable and smooth flow control is possible without the needle part being affected by screw gap and vibration.

Capable of ultra-minute flow control
It stably and accurately controls an ultra-minute flow from 0.1 to 1 ML/MIN.
Wide variations of needle
Because 15 needles are prepared according to flow ranges, the most suitable needle can be selected.
Non-rotational needle method
The needle part has a long-term durability and excellent control performance because it is designed to move straight during flow control.
Excellent temperature characteristic

What is flow control by needle valve?
Flow control by needle valve
The needle valve uses a rod-shaped needle to control the opening of the flow route, a small orifice, and then uses a change in flow route resistance to control the flow. In a sense, it operates as a resistor. Therefore, if the pressure applied to the valve changes, the flow also changes. Therefore, as shown in Figure A, a pressure regulator is installed on the front stage to make constant the pressure applied to the valve to obtain a constant flow. This method is often used because it is inexpensive and effective when the pressure loss on the valve outlet side (secondary side) remains unchanged. As the needle valve, select a simple type, precision type, and bellows type according to its purpose.
